Did you use a wireing Harness adapter kit to hook it up in your car to the factory radio harness, If not the speaker wires are probally cross up. End thats why your not getting sound,

Hi it's a problem in the set up . This model , like few other in the line have the possibility to switch the "back speakers" ( through harness or RCA) into "BASS SPEAKERS" what give you a possibility to hook up a Sub without an extra amp .

Press SRC/OFF and hold until the unit turns off. Then press the Multi Control (M.C.) and hold until function name appears in the display. Turn M.C. select the initial setting. After selecting, perform the following procedures to set the initial setting.
1. Press M.C. to display the setting mode.
2. Press M.C. to select the segment of the clock display you want to set. Hour - Minute.
3. Turn M.C to adjust the clock.
did you check to make sure your vehicle didnt come with a factory amp, if it has one is it turning on? or did you remember to disconnect the negative battery cable while installing your radio, i know thats a dumb question, once i was installing a pioneer a barely crossed a couple wires and fried the radio, the radio itself worked fine and all the features etc, but it never did play sound again. i always disconnect the power now!!
did you use a wire harness adapter or did you connect the wires from the radio directly to the wires in the car? do you have a computer safe test light or a digital vom meter? do not use a conventional test light in this car or an analogue meter to check for power
