You can pull the crown and set the analog time. However I am also finding it difficult to set the digital time. It seem there is no option, or its not mentioned in the manual

Instructions for Bowflex WR30M?

In time mode, hold set (bottom right button) to change date and time. The selected (flashing) item can be changed in one direction only using the up (top right) button. Press set again to cycle through each item until desired settings are chosen.
In stop watch mode, the up button starts and stops the stopwatch, the set button will take a split time while the time is running. To reset the stopwatch, press set once while the time is stopped.
In alarm mode, the up button turns the alarm on and off. There are three alarms available. To cycle though alarm times, press set. To set an alarm, press and hold set until the time flashes, then set the alarm time using the up button, cycle through hour and minutes using the set button. When finished, press set again.
Timer mode. To set the timer time, press and hold set until the time flashes. The timer goes up to 23h:59m:00s. You cannot set seconds. Once set, the timer can be started and stopped using the up button. There is no reset for the timer, to start a new timer the time must be manual changed again.
To check heart rate, press and hold mode until PUL is shown, place two fingers, one each on the top and bottom metal contacts for 6-10 seconds to get reading (This works best when not in motion).

Intermatic motot WG-5094-1

Open following link for Intermatic parts:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-trippers-and-parts.html#clock-motor

WG5094 does not show in Intermatic charts as a replaceable part.
None of the regular sellers of clock motors show that part.

What timer does this come off of?
Add a comment with in-focus photo of timer (not motor) that you post on Flickr for possible help identifying part.

My watch doesnt have a countdown timer.

The instructions for your watch are available on the Timex.com web site, if you wish to set a fully copy.

To set the coundown timer, press the SET button and then press the MODE button to step through the time, date etc, using the + or - buttons to adjust each of the settings as required.

When you have finished, press the DONE button.

To start the timer press START.

To stop the stimer press STOP.

If having gone through this procedure and the timer does not work. Perhaps your watch is faulty and should be returned for repair.

Armitron alarm/chrono
1.To set the time hold the mode button until the alarm flashes, then hit it one more time and the time will flash to be changed. Once the alram or time is flashing use the ST/STP button to navigate between hour, minute, month, day and day of the week, the ADJ button changes the numbers.
2.While holding down the ADJ button use the ST/STP button to turn off the hourly CHIME and the ALARM chime.
Hope this helps!! K~~

SET TIME

I "semi" resolved my problem by going to the Timex web site and tried to download a manual.

Unfortunately their manuals site seems to be down or I cannot get to it with Firefox.

I did not know your site was a pay for help site and, quite honestly, I did not want to pay for something I would use only once.

However, I will keep you in mind for future issues.
