Question about Computers & Internet
If the password is on power on this would have been setup through the bios setup.
Would need to go into setup and then I believe boot somewher in there will be user password you can disable this and hit F10 to save and exit.Or may be supervisor password which you can try and disable again hitting F10 to save and exit.
If it's the windows password you can log on in safe mode and sign in as administartor then go to user accounts and remove user.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
