The low performance comes from your graphics card.

The system requirements listed in the wiki refer to OpenGL. You would have to make sure your graphics card natively supports OpenGL to receive performance increases.

Also it matters wether you have an actual graphics card in your laptop or not.
Your model can come with Intel or AMD. not sure which one you have.
Were Intel isn't really your best bet in this setup.

If you wanted to do some serious 3D rendering on a laptop, you probably won't find it in a $600 or less laptop. Like they say you get what you pay for.
On the other end it shouldn't be to bad either.

One thing to look for is if you can find OpenGL drivers for your graphics card.

How much is the cost of a brand new travel mate series acer 8572-8532

It's a pretty high end piece of tech for a laptop. I'm pretty sure you can drop anywhere from 800$ to 1,000$ on a new one.

What can I do or what kind of system should I get to have better 3D graphic adapter so I can play 3D games??

You will need to get a high-end system such as the Acer Predator G7 to be able to play games in 3D.

Note that you should also purchase the 3D glasses to enjoy 3D visuals

Start saving for a new laptop, that chequered effect is the sign of video corruption caused by a failed video chip. Replacing it is out of the question since a replacement part would cost more than the laptop is worth (unless you can find a sh one).

Install new dedicated graphics card - Aspire 5738?

No, It's not. As with most low end laptops it is not possible to upgrade the graphics card. Which is a good thing, as most high end cards make the user believe that a laptop is designed for gaming, and they never are. Gaming kills laptops.

many portable systems use an UMA design video adapter that doesn't meet the minimum hardware requirements doe 3D graphics of many games. Not much you can do but get a system with better graphics as most all portables do not have upgradable video

Please suggest me a laptop model...

you best bet is to go too www.google.com ... in the search engine type in laptop reviews and decide which seems to be the best for your needs. some sites i would suggest for prices are www.newegg.com www.tigerdirect.com and www.ncix.com
tho there are lots of sites that sell computers that's a good start. oh and www.dell.com ... that site allows you to "build" your computer to the specs you want (tho it is limited somewhat by the choices it offers you)

I have a HP Pavillion DV6920 EA laptop and when I insert a blu-ray dvd into it the laptop can not read the disc

Oh, does it have a Blu-Ray reader? Most laptops are made with a DVD burner max. Check your drive. Blu-Ray is new and too high quality. It needs special players (mostly very expensive) and they cannot be played on normal home DVD players.

The Sony PlayStation 3 is arguably the best Blu-Ray player, apart from being a gaming console.
