Question about Motorola Mobility XPRT
I cant type and send a text or yahoo message-after typing a couple of letters they freeze up
My Dear Brother Please Try it:
for sending text messages :
1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct
2. call to your network operator customer care
3. request the message center number...
4.note it down
5. go to message settings>message center number
6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it
this solves your messaging problem ...

it seems like this is a firmware issue or conflict between the softwares or whatever your may have downloaded. You can repair it yourself, but be careful not to brick / kill your phone with wrong softwares.
Your local repair shop can help you too, if its under warranty bring to store to flash for free.

i think the firmware might have got corrupted ....
this might have happened due to the shutdown of the cell due to low battery or due to the sudden removal of the battery when cell is on ...
just try giving the restore factory settings option(reset) ...
it will ask for the password or the security code give it ...
then your phone will be reseted ...
after this your problem will be solved ...

i had the same problem too, but i just fixed it. you have to reflash the phone, which reinstalls the software. you dont lose any contacts, text messages, or pictures.
