You can download pc suite free from the internet.Go to your explorer and type the following into your search bar:"Samsung S3500 pc suite download" and press enter.Your pc will find the correct address for you to download from and save it on your pc.Once you have saved the program it will ask you to"RUN" press run and the program will install itself and off you go and use your USB cable to read your phone.
Transfer the saved program to disk and keep as a backup disk.
Either your phone came with a USB cable that you can connect to your computer to transfer photos (if so, manual for phone should detail procedure for this), or you can email photos from your phone to yourself, and then open your email on your computer and download the attachment photos and save them.
hi ickky; Is that a new unit? don't you have the cd installer that comes with your phone?
I do have a K800i but i dont need any driver to download my photos but i do have the cd installer for that though. I first turn it off, attach the end of the usb cable to the usb port of the computer first then insert the other end to my phone. ill wait until it powers ON and wait for the mass storage icon on the lower right corner of my desktop to show.
sometimes i need to do this procedure 2-3 times to get it working.hope it helps
You need a data cable. Once you have that cable, you can download Samsung PC Studio from samsung.com and can trasfer photos.
Otherwise, put a microSD card inside, and transfer photos on card, and read that card through card reader.
So is it your printer you don't have the drive for or your Phone? The most common problem is that you dont have the USB Flash files. Un-Install all drivers to do with your from from the device manager with your phone plugged in or it wont see the files. Then unplug your phone and restart your machine. When restarted leave the phone unplugged and use the SE disk to install the suite. When the suite is installed plug your phone in and the suite will load all the other drivers. If you dont have the disk, then download the PC suite from SE.
