Same problem. Does this have something to do with use of Microsoft Outlook, which I just started to use?

When I turn on two-sided printing the software automatically changes the Mirror Image printing from "Off" to "On." I have to go the the advanced options to restore the Mirror Image to "Off" - but There should be something in the setup that prevents the double sided printing option from automatically changing the mirror image setting.

There is a chip on the mother board that is responsible for printing characters correctly. There is also some associated circuitry. It is an electronic component problem for sure. good luck. and God bless.

You may have the "separator page" option turned on in your print driver. This option will insert a blank page after each print job to separate one print job from another. Simply uncheck the box by the separator page option and you should be back to normal !

It prints really really slow

Expect pictures to print slow no matter what.
For letters and all text documents set your printer up to print draft for the best printing speed.

Printing from the wrong tray on the Ricoh C410 DN

these settings need to be done with the RPCS printer driver, go to properties and then custom settings from there you can tell the printer where to print from.

My 6200 Lexark will only print the first part of a page (approx.30-40%) then the paper comes out. The printer counter then goes to l00% but does not print anything else.

Sounds like you may have the wrong driver installed, does it do this with any type of printing (pictures, letters, web pages, etc.)?

Colour band at base of page

Check for the latest print driver and eventually for the latest firmware. You may have to switch the print driver to PCL instead of KPDL (Auto). Ask your service provider to do that if you don't have the knowledge.

it could be that the page lenght or papaersize is incorrect, you could try to adjust the paper size to A4 / letter size depending on the paper that is standard
