It's either a gasket or a float cant see it all that well, to be honest that carb probably has no rebuild kit and you will probably have to fabricate the gasket with like a gasket maker please excuse the video ha, dont really have much to put on

SOURCE: i have montgomery ward riding mower and cant

Line up the deck where it needs to be, and lower the lever....the hanging links should come close to where they go, then use the pins (or whatever) to insert into the hanging levers....Leave the handle lowered, then hook the belt onto the engine pulley, then line it up with the pulley on the deck...you may have removed the belt guides, so put them back on...They help keep the belt from falling off.
Check your work to make sure things look right...You should be done.

SOURCE: hi i have a montgomery wards riding mower 1990

I might know what the problem is, on those models there should be a ignition switch, or a killswitch under the seat of the mower. When the 2 people sat on it, it might have jarred or broke the switch. You might want to check it to see if thats your problem. I hope this might help.

well... that's a difficult task, you need to open it up and replace the current gear with a bigger on, if it's possible, it may not be... you could try coating the auger with wax/cooking spray

I believe I had the same problem with my water heater about 15 years ago. It started with a small leak, then the tank broke flooding the room. I think it would be be best to replace the unit. Water heaters tipically have a 8-10 year life.

Wick and manual for Montgomery Wards Windsor kerosene heater

Hi, I have a Montgomery Ward Sunheat heater. It's a dual burner enclosed type with a door on the front. The fuel tank is cylindrical and about 1 1/2 - 2 gallons. The cap has a needle valve and when turned upside down releases fuel to the burners by gravity. The whole heater itself is rectangular with louvers on the sides and top. I don't know what wicks go in this or if there are compatible replacements out there.
No 84ALO5800A is the only I.D. or Model No.
Thanks,
Jack

I need help with older Ward's snow blower

have you checked to see if you have spark to the plug? If not you may have sheared the key between the flywheel and crankshaft. It is made of aluminum and could have sheared for this reason. This happened to me.
