SOURCE: Work has a Dell 5210n Laser printer. When we print

Replace the toner cartridge with a new one to see if it solves the problem. Check to see you havnt got a label stuck on the roller inside the toner? Be careful you dont touch the roller itself as you may damage it. Fingerprints dont do it any good.

Likely there were stale print jobs saved on the comptuer that were pointing to the port you connected the dell to. Or you may have a defective cable to corrupted driver.

Replace printhead. If Dell can't be found or is cost prohibitive, use a refurb/reconditioned Lexmark T640 series printhead.

My Dell 5210n printer has a very loud squeak in the back. How do open the printer to lubricate the bearings?

Usually you don't lubricate. It is probably the fuser assembly wearing. How is the print quality? Have you ran a test page, ran a supply status page? Checked the error log?

What does the 922.02 service fuser error mean? Will not print,

It means the fuser (roller than heats the toner to the page) has a problem, most like needs to be removed and cleaned or replace.

I have a Dell 5210N mono printer. And I want to use the manual feed tray as a second paper drawer for letterhead paper only, ie leave a whole stack of paper in the manual feed. Then when I select manual...

Check the software provided or installed on your Computer you use for work(printing software), look for print properties, check for print settings, look for manual Feed, Under manual Feed, set it for letterheads, however this has to correspond with the Applications you are using to print letterheads out of( under print, into the preferrences you should be able to have the settings as well). If your printer software does have these settings, then you will have to do it Manually upon every print.
