Question about Frigidaire Washing Machines
Recently our washer has decided not to completely get our clothes "dry" at the end of the cycles and the clothes come out "sopping" wet. But its only intermittently. It did it probably three times in a row about a month ago, then worked fine. Now, twice out of the past 10 times its been ran it has worked correctly. If i select the Spin cycle, it starts at 12 minutes, makes a noise like it is running, drops to 6 minutes and spins slowly a few times right then a few times left then gives the "ending" noise and goes off. When it does work correctly it spins like mad. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! also, no error message is being given.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

tyr removing the lower acees panel from the uint , ther is a "button trap" located there to catch debris from entering pump assy, chances are its clogged and if it cant drain all the water it wont go into high speed spin, also you MUST use an HE detergent. HE detergent specifically designed for front loading washers

SOURCE: noise/not draining on spin cycle
I had that problem and it was the drain pump trying to drain but it coulsn't because it had lint, plastic, 3 underwires a looney some costume jewellery stuck in the pump. By the pump underneath you'll see a black plastic boot leading away from the pump. disconnect this and inside you'll find the lint trap and if you dig you'll probably find the culprit that stopping your pump from moving. Put it all back together and Voila!

Tips for a great answer:
Hey friend, thank you for allowing me to assist you!
It is normal to have water in the tub after your Frigidaire washer has completed the final spin cycle. The water that is in the tub is there to help prime the pump. Hope this information is helpful. -Matt
