My Nokia 2310 will not power on.

Try this

1. First Switch On your mobile by pressing power button.
2. Then, tap this code: *#7370#
3. Now your phone will restarts.
4. Wait for a while, Hard Reset done on your mobile.

First remove the back cover and then remove the front panel.Now power up your phone and press 3 with the help of straw or stick....etc. if the problem still persist contact mobile repairing shop.And if there is no fault then you need to change the panel (cover).Good luck

code is -12345 or00000 or 0000

try 12345 mailnly


press untill u hear a sound and screen starting up...

this can only be if the Sim card is not put correctly or the Sim card is short from inside or the Sim card slot of the phone is damaged!!try some other Sim card!

Write 8#7370#
that will restart your phone
so that it will go back to the original system and settings.

My Nokia 2310 suddenly switched off. It didnt switch on again.
I tried putting the battery(of problem phone) into another cellphone, the battery works fine.
I tried to charge the problem phone, but is not showing any activity upon inserting the charger jack. Other phones are getting charged using the same charger.

Any idea of what the problem could be?

Here’s how to hard reset or format your Nokia mobile phone:
1) Switch off your phone
2) Press and hold these 3 keys together:
-green dial key
-the star key(*)
-the number 3 key (Ugh, I wish I had three hands…!!)
3) Power on the phone

Warning: Do not release the keys until you see a formatting screen and even after the phone has started. Wait until the initial sound starts to play and the hand animation is displayed.

if your mobile lock try 0000 or 1234, Or If U Change Default unlock Passward, Please go to Nokia Gallary In Your area and Ask them To Unlock Your Mobile.
If Your Sim card Lock their are two Solutions One is Call Cusomer care of vodaphone and ask them for PUK Code i.e. passward of Sim Card and another solution is if card rejected go to the nearest Vodaphone Gallary and askl them to unlock, it takes maximum 4 or 5 min.

hi there there it a software problem must go to your nearest repair shop to reprogram your nokia 2310. that may solve your problem.
