"SE" means you have a shorting membrane keypad.
This is actually a pretty simple do it yourself repair.
The most economical solution is to replace the control panel frame
assembly ("control") , which comes with a new keypad already installed.
It is part number DE94-01647A and you can order it from the Sears Parts Direct Web site for $59.99.
You can see a video showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes here.
The attached images show you how to disconnect the controller.
Since you're not adjusting or removing the door or hinges, a microwave leakage test is not necessary.

Thank you for your post, friend!
I understand that your Frigidaire microwave is displaying the error code "SE" or "5E". I have researched and the error code seems to be "SE" which means keypad is stuck. In order to remove the error code the keypad would need to be replaced.
Regrettably, this is not a simple DIY job. I would highly recommend reaching out to an expert technician to ensure the appropriate replacement part is ordered and is installed correctly to prevent future issues. I hope this helps to some degree. -Matt
