5: picture download phone to computer:I don't know anything about a disk, but I got my pic off my phone with a usb cable and my computer recognized it. I run with Media xp. Now on my older PC I just sent the pic to my t-mobile account and them sent them to my photo ablum. It's a drawn out process and take more time then the cd, but like I said I never got a disk with my phone neither. I hope this helped
REINSTALL SOFTWARE:Dear customer,
Try to use the code *#7370# to do a master reset on ur N70, this usuauly works. Or else try formating the phone , press (send + * + 3) keys at same time then press power key until power on and keep pressing the three keys for 40sec.
If the above given solutions dont have the desired effect then you have to search for cracked phoinex software and flash your phone with USB cable
if still the same then it is hardware problem ( either faulty OMAP or faulty RAM

SOURCE: forgot my password on my
There may be a way to unlock the password without wiping the phone by getting an unlock code keyed to the phone's serial number or DEC number (found under the battery). Contact your provider to unlock.
But, if still a problem, you generally cannot reset your password without performing a hard reset. And, as you are probably aware, a hard reset will restore to factory settings, erasing everything.
But, if you backed up your phone by connecting to your computer and copied all files (including contacts, calendar, and email) to your PC, you're in good shape to restore.
In case you are not aware, here are the Hard Reset steps:
Step 1: Power down the phone. If your phone is already powered down, you may skip this step. Note: Removing the battery, while technically powering down the phone, is not the correct method to make the following steps work.
Step 2: With your left hand, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button that is located on the side of the phone. Continue pressing the VOLUME DOWN button and press the SEND button. With both the VOLUME DOWN and SEND button pressed, use your right hand to press the POWER button.
Step 3: A gray screen will appear asking you three options. Pressing the VOLUME UP button on the side of the phone will be the correct option to hard-reset your phone to ROM default.
Step 4: Press SEND to verify choice.
Hope this helps.
