Keypad not working

My sony ericsson k800i keypad number 8, back arrow and erase didnt work anymore. after i connect it to my pc then when i turn it off my phone start of the problem. and when i scan it for virus it found auto!run and w32.imautorun i think my phone have viruses. how can i fix it? please help me..

K800i came flash not working

check your camera settings and flash settings. i it doesnt then go to nearby ressel and get the work done. I advice go to sony ericsson service centre .

My K800i has basically shut down it dosen't turn on anymore and when I do press the on button the infra red light on the button right hand corner flashes, is this a battery problem? I have tried...

well that is what we call "red blink"
all you have to do is ask someone to reprogram the unit.
ericsson center would be happy to do it for you..
