Hi. I have an acer aspire 5733z laptop which I has been working fine for the past 4 months or so. I went on the net this morning, everything was ok. Then went to go on a different site and the internet connection has dropped out and cannot get it back online! I have read on here to run devmgmt.msc and locate network adapters which I have done. There are 3 options - 1 has an exclamation mark next to it (Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #3). I click on this and device status is " This device cannot start (Code 10)". I have no idea how to start this! Can anyone help at all? Thanks.

This sounds like your dvd drive stopped working. try with different cds or dvds. If not there is a complicated way but if you are not familiar with computers don't do that. A service technician can easily solve it for you.
Download the device drivers from the Acer WEB site. Make sure you select the model of your laptop the drivers you that require that matches the Windows version that is installed on your laptop. Use this link to get to the Acer support: - http://www.acersupport.com/drivers_download.aspx
You are probably experiencing another Skype outage. We are, too, this morning (6-7-2011). Click on Skype and it crashes. Reboot and it fails to connect. It's not your computer, it's Skype. I've read many other reports of the identical problem across the net.
