Need power cord

That model was made by the Whistler Corporation that went out of business back in 1999. You might have to look at other products to match the style of jack. The cord should be able to handle 20 amps.

First a Fuzzbuster is not a Whistler model. However it does use a standard power cord that is 12 volts and the center tip of the plug is positive.

A friend gave me a whistler 35r and I can not get it to turn on, it has now plug in power source so I assume it takes batteries but I can not open it, so i guess im asking how to change the batteries. and...

That model is not battery powered. It requires a 12 volt power cord connected to your lighter socket to operate. You can purchase a power cord at any electronic parts store or from Whistler by calling 800-531-0004.
