T-mobile wing LCD cracked problem

hi there!! i hope i could get a reply soon!
my tmobile wing's lcd got cracked in my pocket!! and the screen displays white with a cracked lcd across the screen!! im from the philippines here in iloilo and there is no place where i could fix my phone because it was bought in the US by my father 3 months ago..

how can i resolve this? do i need to send it back to where it had been purchased? or i will buy a spare lcd from the t-mobile and send it here in the philippines via a delivery? how much would be th cost of the lcd and the delivery expenses?? thanks to those who'd like to help!!!
