Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Unable to print from my computer to the printer

My 5610xi all-in-0ne-printer won't print from the computer I removed the usb cable and tried to restart it but the disc won't tnstall After the check for new products on the discs something has to be corrected

Unable to print because there's a document in the queue that could not be deleted or cancelled

Unplug the USB cable , than delete the printer icon, then restart the computer, once the computer is restarted, then connect the USB cable, after few seconds printer icon will appear again, than try to print.

Unable to print from my computer to the printer

Try This:

Uninstalled the existing installed software of that printer in your computer then detached the USB cable from your PC restart computer. After restarting atached the USB cable then turn the computer. wait for a while until it recognized the printer then insert the CD Driver to the CD ROM then follow the instructions that pop-up to your screen.

try to check the cable or the usb connection from the computer to the printer it must be loosing or not connected properly to the interface. Install the the driver camed with your printer to your computer to be able to use it.

Everytime i turn my computer on and try to use my printer won't go untill i go to printers&faxes and reset the default from one printer to the other printer-the icons in the printer/fax box are as...

Once remove the USB cable from the computer and perform spooler refresh by performing the below steps:

1. Click start >> run >> type >> services.msc >> locate print spooler and then right click on it and select stop and then again right click on it and select start.

Now open the printers and faxes folder and then try to delete the icon which is stating deleting.

Now right click on the other printer icon and click on properties >> adavanced tab >> print directly to printer >> click OK.

Now connect the USB cable to the computer and then try to print.

If you are still not able to print then remove the USB cable and delete even the other printer icon and insert the CD and click on add a device and follw the instructions and connect the USB cable at the middle and then try to print once it finishes.

We experience this type of issues if the printer driver is not installed properly.

Check whether you have successfully installed the software or not and then check whether you have the printer icon in printers and faxes folder. if we do not have the printer icon then remove the USB cable from the computer and then insert the CD and click on add a device option and follow the onscreen instructions and connect the USB cable when prompts and then try to print. If we have the printer icon check the status, if the status is not in 0 ready then clear all the pending documents and then print. If we are still unable to print then download the print diagnostic utility from the HP website and run it.
