I have yet to open the TV yet, but as far as what I can find online the T-Con board doesn't have any capacitors. Do you have any idea of what board to begin to look at for bulged capacitors. My audio works fine. It is just the screen that gets frozen and then will creep with multi colored lines. Line, faults & possible causes to LCD & Plasma screen are given with illustrations. You can get an idea about the fault to an extent.

I don't have a solution but starting 2 weeks ago I have the exact same problem. Test different devices and cables and it points back to the TV. Anybody have a solution?
To reset/clear the password for the LC-32SH12U TV, PRESS and hold both VOL-- on the TV and press 0 on the remote control simultaneously for a few seconds until (LOCKS) menu appears on the screen.
Now the old password was cleared. You can set the new password.
Check that the 3 output plugs are in the right sockets (Red, Blue, Green) There is usually a felt pen colored mark on a white tape on the plug in wires. The Board sockets are marked Red, Green, Blue.
I don't think that this is a defect. I own an A60 and there is an horizontal line running through my viewfinder. I use my LCD screen more often then my viewfinder, so I've never seen the blur. However I'm pretty sure that your camera is fine.
