How can I tune it with no remote?

The menu is accessible by pressing the first two buttons on the left together (the buttons are on the top-back of the screen rame - by left I mean when working from the front of the set)
Then the next two buttons are down/up the list and the first two are left/right, usually to change a setting.
The fifth button acts as OK sometimes, or it can be one of the fiirst two buttons (left/right)
