My t- mobile concord phone wont leave the together screen and I would like to know how do you fix it?

1st take out memory card . 2nd turn on phone by pressing power button and volume down button untill there is an android guy next to an exclamation point(!) 3rd press home button to pull up menu. 4th use volume keys to select factory reset. 5th after phone powers up normally put memory card back in.

I have the same issue, my concord is brand new and since day 1 was going to a white screen, now after 4 days is completely white I can only answer calls, not make em or txt,,, tmobile should do something because its 100 we loose because of them...if anyone finds a solution, please post it,,,,

You will need to find someone smart enough to get a bootloader to reinstall the android platform to your phone. I rooted my phone and woke up to the Android man stuck on. I can get to the Reset/Load Update screen, but the factory reset doesn\'t help. Anyways, for those of you that have a hard time reading instructions... the steps are,

Take out your battery and put it back in.

Hold Volume down and Power button for about 20 seconds until a triangle with an exclamation point comes up next to the Android retard and let go.

NOTE: If the Triangle isn\'t there and you only saw a box with an arrow, you will only be able to reach the reset screen by Factory Resetting from the setting menu of your working phone and then following these steps to get to the bootloader. You\'re S.O.L. Fiind a professional.

Press the home key, its the one shaped like a house.

Use Vol up and Vol down to navigate, the menu key is the three horizontal lines and will let you select your option.

Resetting isn\'t doing shit for me and I should never have tried to root my phone. I do not recommend it.

If your phone ISNT TURNING ON AT ALL.... well, you can probably guess, youre also S.O.L.

What it all comes down to is, don\'t be a hero.. Find someone who knows what theyre doing and does this stuff for a living before you further destroy your device or waste your time. I hope this was as un-fukking-helpful as the rest of this post. Im off to see a pro.

Put battery in the when the android man comes on the screen quickly slide in the SD card and SIM card. It worked for me and hopefuly it will work for you.
