But after restart its ok, and pc runs without any BSOD or restart until the shut off,... The restart is only after cold start. The power shuts down as soon as it comes on. Fans start, lights come on, then it turns off.

it may be your power supply : if one voltage aren't good the mother board automaticaly shutdown to prevent damage
or it could be CPU, RAM or motherboard but i think that it's the PSU

After power on no display on monitor & key bard not illuminated, only CPU fan running Please give solution Thanks,

If your working with an adapter video card better unplug the card and insert your monitor video cable to the onboard port on the VGA port. If that helps maybe your video card is defective or need cleaning or just loose on the slot.

Better also be sure that your PSU (Power Supply Unit) is good. It is not an indication when all your fan is moving and indicator lights are up that your PSU isn't defective. There were so many cases like this where most everyone jumps into conclusion that their motherboard is the problem and after replacing it with a new one they face the same problem. You should test your PSU to other working unit.

If your sure that your PSU is ok, better test you CMOS battery or replace it with a new one.

Hope this helps. Any vote is highly appreciated. Thanks :)

My computer wont turn on

take out the psu completely from the cpu/tower, plug in the power cord,if there is a switch on the psu turn it on, next locate the main power connector (24pin) and find green wire, take a piece of wire and insert it into the green wire connector, next touch the other end of the wire to the psu outer case or a black wire on the main connector,if all is well the psu will turn on,if you have a dc voltage tester check the voltages on the red and black wires on molex connector...5vdc,yellow and black...12vdc.if ok look at the main board and inspect the capacitors to see if they are swollen, if ok
replace psu and disconnect hdd,cd/dvd,floppy ect from main board only leave memory, processor and video, power on if ok shut off and reconnect hdd, power on, if ok shutoff and connect floppy, if ok power off and connect cd/dvd drive.during this testing you will know what is bad.let me know how it turns out.email; arjoon.ken@gmail.com

PSU could also be playing up and not giving correct voltage to motherboard - check outgoing voltage from PSU with voltmeter and check product standards for that model... If ok then it could be the motherboard itself - all it takes is a capacitor or transistor/logic gate(switch) and it will start behaving unusual...

No video on new Gigabyte GA-MA770-DS3 motherboard

There are a couple things that you need to look at. The first is your power supply. I've had computers seeming to run fine with no video. Turned out to be bad power supplies.
Does your video card require a power connection? Many high-end video cards need an external power connection. If the card has a power connection, use it.
Have you gone in and checked the cmos settings? What does it say (if anything) for the default video?
Now remove all connections to drives (hard drive and CD and try for video. Try it.
Next, if possible, swap out memory.
After you've tried everything (including maybe burning incense), time to try a new motherboard.

Hi,

Appreciate the direct "Ask Me".

It would seem that the documentation where you sourced the info S-Series Ultra Durable Motherboard. 945PL-DS3/S3 (rev.2.0) is intended for a number of different models. From what I can gather, you have a Giga-byte motherboard either a GA-945PL-DS3, GA-945PL-S3 or a GA-945PL-S3E all Rev. 2.0.

Assuming that it is a 945PL-DS3 (rev. 2.0), then the audio driver would be "Realtek Function driver for Realtek Azalia audio chip (Including Microsoft UAA Driver)". Pls verify if it were so.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

Connecting hdd led lead and power led lead, where do they go ?

Hi, There are 3 versions of this motherboard; 1.0, 2.0 & 3.3, but the layout is identical. The general layout is shown in pins.jpg. For the power led, the white wire goes to the (-) terminal either pin 2 or 3, both are MPD- while the green goes to the ( ) or pin 1 (MPD ) as shown in powerled.jpg HDDpins.jpg shows the connection of HDD led, the white goes to pin 3 or HD- while the red goes to pin 1 or the HDD . I cropped these images from the manual which is also available at the gigabyte website. Hope this gives you some ideas and workout of you. Good luck and pls post again how things turn up. Kind regards.
