A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If you really must have fat 32 (maybe for MAC use ?) then windows itself does not support doing a fat format on large drives.
However there is a fix Yup thats why they call it FIXYA
Here is a link to just what you need
Hope its what you need and good luck

If the drives' filing system is NTFS, then you will need to change it to either FAT32, if you would still like to use it on a Windows PC, or HFS+

You get the drivers at Iomega.com and look under support to get your drivers.
REMEMBER you need to install those drivers to ONE pc and then have all your computers networked to it thru your network neighborhood. Any other questions, please write back to me, ok?

SOURCE: I have the Iomega model
Goto control panel / computer management / disk management now you should see all your drives right click your 160Mb drive and select delete partition. Now right click it again and select format, choose the Fat32 file system and give it a full format not a quick one seeming its been used on a Mac and you shouldnt have a problem. Cheers from Scott and plz vote
