Question about Computers & Internet
Problem with dell inspiron1564 corI3 becom so slow when installing xp
This problem may be due hardware compatiblity. If you have installed windows Xp and its still running slow then its better to download and install the latest drivers that control you system.
I would suggest to use a driver scanning tool to download and install the latest drivers. you can get one here: http://www.DriverScanner2013.net
Sometimes such problems occurs due to corrupt windows installaion files. So try to change windows disc.

I do believe that xps 1530 is built in for vista, that only thing that i can suggest you is you can try to look for the specific driver on other xps laptops for example your chipset is intel mobile then choose xp as the operating system or just directly search in support.dell.com

I have the same problem but I also have a suggestion, 1st identify all hardware you need drivers for and search drivers indivually on manufactures site. and/or once XP is installed goto "Driverguide.com" or a simular site and download the automatic driver identifier update program. That Free program identifies hardware and lists drivers automatically. As alot of people seem to have this problem it would be great if once these drivers are located someone posted all the drivers for others to download.
