SOURCE: My ryobi trimmer keep flooding. It

The most likely possibility is that the carb needs rebuilding. Just cleaning may not help. Gasgets go bad over time if fuel is left in the trimmer.

I am sorry to say this, but the compression for that type of engine should be atleast 120 psi. Remove the muffler and look at the cylinder, it is scarred beyond repair.

SOURCE: stihl fs110r wont idle, wont get on step.new coil, new carb., adj

You might want to check the fuel lines for crack/breaks.

(TIP: If the carburetor is a used one, you probably ought to clean the small portals in the carb. with a Den Tek Brush, (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=165357&catid=1152). They work great for this job!

SOURCE: Walbro WA219b carb

Go to www.searspartsdirect.com and with your model number you should be able to find explode parts views of that trimmer. Filtered line to primer, primer to straight inlet on carb, angled outlet on carb back to tank. That might work. Not sure without part number.

I have a 42' poulan riding mower w/ a 14.5 B&S engine, it has a Walbro carb...needing to replace the carb thats on it, I found that the Engine offered two different manufacturers of carbs?

i think walbro is a better carb. nikki is ok but just dont like them. it should be ok. why dont you just put a rebuild kit in the one you have? that is only $10.00 or $12.00

I have a Husqvarna 150 BT X Torg. It is 2 yrs old & it starts but dies & I start it again but oes the same thing in just a few minutes. HELP

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly.
The symptom your describing is most often caused by the primer bulb/pump getting a pin hole in it. See this link Item 17: (PN 544363901)
http://www.partstree.com/parts/?lc=husqvarna&mn=150+BT+(2008-10)&dn=89_55_0033

It can however be caused by diaphragms that have failed inside your WYA-79 carb. If you do not have a primer bulb problem the next step is to rebuild the WYA-79 carb with a diaphragm kit.
net IMAGE search using this: Walbro "WYA 79" "Carburetor Kit" They average $13.99

The carb Manual:
http://wem.walbro.com/distributors/servicemanuals/WYAseries.pdf

Dried and cracked fuel lines can cause the same symptom you describe also.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly

Need A parts diagram for a Sthil G65 Blower carb.

Unfortunately, Stihl won't release any of their illustrated parts diagrams to anyone except Stihl dealers. The dealers won't release them either. It is possible that the manufacturer of the carb will have a breakdown listed on their site. Stihl primarily uses either zama carbs (www.zamacarb.com) or Walbro carbs (www.walbro.com). Look on the carb for engraved numbers and letters to let you know what series and model to search on. The manufacturer is usually listed either on the bottom diaphragm plate or up on top. Walbro series usually start with a WT, or WA. Zama will usually have a C series (ex. C1U)

Good luck!

Parts number

You need to know if it is a walbro or a zama carb. to start with.
then look closely at the carb. and find #`s
very small

walbro will be wt or wa then some #`s
zama will be c1q or c1u and some #`s on the opposite side of carb.
Walbro will be on the same side

you need to know the carb. #`s so a kit can be found for that particular carb. IE: complete kit or diaphram kit
