This should be quick and fairly easy. First place your memory card into the device so it boots up with the phone. Next plug the phone into the computer with the mini-usb cable that came with the device. Click on your My Computer icon and it should list a portable storage device. After you click the device you will have the options for DCIM (pictures) and Music. Now just drag and drop whatever music you would like to add from your player...i.e. Windows Media Player or Tunes.

Once you are finished and you disconnect the device, scroll to your music player on the device. Open up the player and click the menu button, scroll to update music and you should be set.

Just to give you a more detailed walk through follow this link if you need more help past these basics. Enjoy, and if you need more help just let me know.

You need to put a memory card in before you can connect your SideKick Slide to the computer.
So once you put in that Memory card, you can connect it to your computer.

HOW DO I LOAD MUSIC TO SIDE KICK ID

You should be able to plug the usb cable into the port on the right side of the phone.. A screen will pop up on your computer saying new storage divice (not sure if you have a mac). You can open your files and send them to that storage divice. If the pop up does not appear go to my computer and look for the sidekick 3 drive then you can open your music player and right click a song and choose send to and the that storage divice. Let me know if you need help!

Downloading songs(mp3) to your sidekick is very simple. Connect the phone to your PC or insert your memory card. Open My Computer, open SDCard or Removable Disk, Open My Music and simply drag and drop the music files ih that folder.

To register....
  1. Have your phone (Sidekick or otherwise) with you
  2. Visit my.t-mobile.com
  3. Click "Register for My T-Mobile"
  4. Enter your 10-digit mobile number without spaces (e.g. 5557771234) and click "Submit"
  5. Your phone will get a text message with your password. It will be something like ar1wo6 and it is CaSe sEnSiTiVe!
  6. Log in using your mobile number and temporary password
  7. Fill in the information the page asks (note: you will be asked to provide a new password, and if you are using a Sidekick, this will also change your Sidekick login password)
  8. Select your phone from the list if prompted
