Ok, you need to turn OFF the Child Lock, or Parental settings.You didn't indicate the make and model. So what you need to do,is Google for a User manual simply enter your make & model and add the word user manual, then download a suitable one, and go to that appropriate section and using the remote reset the code.

connect your blue ray and your dish net with hdmi cables to the amplifier than monitor out hdmi to tv .in your dvd configuration you must make sure that hdmi audio is activated .ps not to be mean but this is a very low quality dvd because it does not have fiber optique audio output but it can still work, for your dis net it all depends on what type of digital audio output
is available , ill be honest with you this is a good job .
