Merely CHANGING it would not be a problem. GETTING, OBTAINING, BUYING one will be! And that's sad. I've been around the service business for several years and learned that the manufacturers of new flat screen TV sets only buy/manufacture enough extras to take care of their warranty work. They obviously don't want you to be able to repair them. Only hope you have for buying one is from a re-seller that tears down those that don't work and saves and sells the parts on the Internet. You'd need AT LEAST the Name Brand and Model # of your TV. It'd be even better if you were to dismantle it and get any viewable numbers off ths screen assemly itself to support your communication with a seller to insure you're buying the correct item. Hope this helps although the outlook for success on this type of repair is rather bleak.
