You need to change the ink cartridge, the fact that it prints in fast draft is because it does not use as much ink to print as normal letter quality.

When you click to print something, you will get what's called the Print Dialogue box. Before clicking "OK", click the Properties button.26849353-6c28-4abb-ab9c-b5e445a1b08b.jpgThis will take you to a screen with some tabs. Click on the Paper/Quality tab. By default, it is probably set to "Normal". That's the middle setting. To save ink, you can set it to Fast Normal (better for ink saving) or Fast Draft (best for ink saving). This means the printer will use less ink to print the page. The final copy will look a little lighter but certainly still readable.

This option "fast draft" will print very fast and also save your ink.

HOW CAN I REDUCE TONER BURNT IN THE

3 Solutions to try:

1.) Don't print color copies when black and white will do.

2.) Try using the Fast Draft setting if it's an Ink Jet printer. For everyday things that don't require a sharp copy (notes, maps, recipes;etc.) less ink is used which extends the life of the cartridge and added bonus should print faster.
3.) Decrease the d.p.i. (Dots per inch) for resolution if it's a Laser printer.

I have an Canon Pixma Mp 496 can i know how much documents can i print with it in fast mode. and also the capacity of those two cartridges

Well, here's what Canon says. In my experience, you can expect to go through a black cartridge in about 500 sheets of paper, less for the color. Our Canon uses ink quickly. The printing speed is pretty fast for a printerthat is for black-and-white documents around 8.4 ipm and a color document printspeed of about 4.8 ipm. While for 4R size photo print takes about 43 seconds.Canon PIXMA MP496 resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi for (max). It is said the all-in-one, because already integrated between print, scan and copy. For copies, this printer has a speed of around 7.6 cpm for black and white documents, while for the color is obtained at about 2.6 cpm.

The ink cartridges need to be replaced very often epson 810

You can try to change your print quality to a lower setting. This saves a lot on toner. If you are not printing for anything super important you can set some printers to "fast draft" or "draft" quality and that saves a ton. I personally dont usually need to print anything of high quality so I went to my local "Everything" store(not sure if I should use company names) and bought an HP, the cheapest color printer they had which was $30.00 The black and color cartridges together cost about the same as the printer. But I use the lowest setting which is the "fast draft" setting and set it to print in black ink only, and only change that when I NEED something in color and it uses very little and prints very fast.

I get that when I have just refilled the cartridge, but I usually ignore it and it is still ok for a while; have you checked that you are using draft or normal not best settings?
