My insignia NS-L26Q-10A 26" LCD television is showing that it is 420i on the screen and I understand that it is supposed to be 720p. How do I change this?

This may have to do with the settings on your DVD player or cable/satellite box. Change the settings on those devices to output the desired resolution (720p) and adjust your TV settings appropriately. More details about the TV settings can be found in the owner's manual.
