Dryer stopping after 3 minutes of drying

Dryer starts but after 3-5 minutes stops working.

The problem may be in the hi limit switch which may be located under the top. Try to bypass the switch and see how it runs. If it does ok, then replace it for about 15-20 $. Let me know how it works out. Good luck.

Got a software update and now dryer is flashing all indicators

The dryer (electrical) stop working every couple of minute and i have to push the start buttom over and over till having the load dry


If your dryer is more than 3 years old, this issue may be caused by a broken motor. Regardless it still working, the motor may continue with this problem until it stops working.

The only solution for this may be replacing the motor.

it sounds like its overheating. there may be lint in the vent hose or even stuck in the machine before getting to the lint trap.

Have you checked the hose and ductwork to make sure it's all clear? It might not be able to ventilate.

clothes can open the door if door latch is weak, causing door opening and stopping the cycle, or a bad automatic sensor
