Question about HP LaserJet 2840 All-In-One Printer
I replaced the cyan and magenta cartridges on my color laserjet 2840 with Xerox's version of the cartridges and printed several documents. I was getting the "low toner" informational message for the yellow cartridge, so I pulled it our and shook it and tried to reinstall it. It would not fit in the slot I had just pulled it out of. With the cartridge out I closed all the lids and turned the printer off and back on, thinking this would re-initilize the printer and the cartridge would then go back in. Didn't work. I then pulled all the cartridges out and did the same thing. Now none of the cartridges will re-insert in their respective slots. I even pulled the imaging drum out thinking it may be in the way, but still cannot insert any of the cartridges. It appears there is a mis-alignment on the right side of the carousel.
