I have a black screen that says safe mode, safe mode with networkin , safe mode with command prompt and laast known good configuration but when i go to safe mode my computer just reboot all over again

This recycling/rebooting into this screen is normally caused an error (hardware or software).
You MUST turn off - Automatic Restart to see the error message.
Power down your laptop.
Press the power button to turn-on laptop.
Start pressing the F8 key immediately AFTER the DELL logo screen and BEFORE the windows screen.
You SHOULD be brought to the same screen as you described above but with an additional option: TURN-OFF automatic restart. Select this option and press ENTER.
Let laptop cycle and you should see blue background screen with white letters giving you information.

Please provide the ERROR message on screen BEFORE we can advise you any further.

That error means you have a bad stick of RAM. Replace it and the issue will not reproduce.

When I turn on my dell c600 laptop, it stays on for about 1 minute then a blue screen appears with a bios error message. How do i fix this?

From the minimal description you provided, it sounds like 1 of two things. Either OS problem/virus/spyware or bad hardware. Try to write down the message generated when the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) appears and google it.

To scan for bad hardware (sounds like it might be a bad hard drive), use the tool Hiren's Boot Disk 9.4. Replace the bad part and then update the system/reinstall windows (if it's the hard drive)
Good luck

Try removing the jumper from the harddrive, then restart

or

Take the jumper off restart shut down and then put it back on again

or

remove the CMOS battery from system board and boot once after booting shutdown your system and insert the battery back, again start your system and press F1 next time it won't ask you for pressing F1. reset your BIOS after that (time, date, etc.)

Try these one should work.

Please let me know.
