I pulled apart my AVR25II to remove candle wax from a candle that the previous owner had let melt down into the housing and onto the circuit board. On the main board just behind the 2 large capacitors, there is a 2.5 foot long gound wire that has a single plug. I cannot find out where the other end connects. My memory and knowlegde (and schematics) tell me where it goes, but there is no connector. Can anyone pull off the top and send me a snapshot.
Thanks

My Harman Kardon AVR 25 MKII will only play through either the front speakers when the factory " main in to pre" jacks (2 of them) are plugged in, or through the rear speakers only when the "main in to pre out" jacks are removed. How does one set this system up to play through both front and rear speakers at the same time? The owner's manual makes a couple of references to using a separate amplifier on either front or rear speakers....was this system just a POS to start with, and I was supposed to buy a separate amplifier to use with it?
