Question about Philips GoGear SA5285/37 Digital Media Player
I tried manually selecting USB as opposed to MTP device. Still no luck. Getting really frustrated after restarting and reinstalling the drivers/software multiple times. Anyone can help me?
Go to microsoft.com and download and install Windows Media player 11. I found it really upseting also that I spent the same amount of time with this as you. None of the error messages that philips gives you will tell you this. Very frustrating and shame on philips for causing this grief. Just tell us what to do instead of some ******** error message...
