SOURCE: Sunbeam EM5600 Machine is 4-5 years

You may take the following steps:
1. Adjust your grinder to a coarser setting.
2. With the machine switched off, visually inspect the steam nozzle to see if it is physically blocked (for example, milk may have lodged and solidified in the mouth of the valve). If it is blocked, you should be able to clear it with a small pin.
3. You may also need to prime the unit (to clear out any air pockets that may have formed). Make sure the water tank/reservoir is all the way in. Place a bowl under the steam wand (and if applicable, under the hot water wand as well). Turn on the steam wand (and if applicable, hot water wand) and let it run for 3-4 minutes. This should help clear any "air lock".

I think in this way your problem will be solved.

Em6910 collar replace

The whole collar or do you just mean the blue silicone seal?

You can buy the blue seal on eBay. Simply undo the Philips screw in the centre of the 'shower' in the group head, take out the two shower screens and the blue seal will be fairly easy to remove.

My silvia is at least 8 years old and is serviced on a regular basis.

The 'group seal' in the underside of the head that the grounds arm compresses against probably needs replacing. If you unknowingly left a few grounds to dry on the underside of the seal the last time you used the machine, this can be enough to cause a leak the next time around.
If replacing the group seal, replace the 'shower screen' above it as well. Always buy genuine Rancilio parts, you should be able to find both for around $10 - $15 each on Ebay.
There are videos on either You-Tube or Gooble that show how to replace these parts on the Silvia.
Always try to ensure the seal face is cleaned before and after use and the group seal will last longer, but they are actually meant to be replaced whenever necessary, they are not designed to last forever.

How to change shower headplates and seal on EM6910

Shower headplates should never need replacing. If they get clogged, pop them in a bowl, our vinegar over them and leave them for 10 minutes.

Sunbeam water cooler model # YLR2-5-25H2

I called a bunch of different numbers and finally found the people who can help with this. It's called Elite Group (877-383-6399) - I guess they're the ones licensing the Sunbeam name and making these water coolers. If you call that number with the model number, they'll replace the "top" part of the cooler, which should also have new taps, the lady said. The cost is $13.35
