Washer finishes cycle but won't move on to Cycle Complete or unlock the lid

Our brand new Kenmore Washer (model #20022) gets to the end of the spin cycle and stops. The "lid locked" light starts blinking. Then goes back to being on. Then both the "spin" light and "lid locked" light start blinking together. We cannot get the lid unlocked or the "cycle complete" light to come on.

SOURCE: kenmore 92274800 repair ... WONT SPIN

My 110.92274800 did the same thing 1hr ago. Ive isolated the Problem it is a 15.49 cent problem from the manufacturer's website Part # 285753A. I am going to order and try and tackle the problem myself unless i can find it at a local Appliance Center that has it on Monday. Will keep you informed. Doesn't look to Hard. if you lean your Washer forward you will probably find 1/8 inch white peg looking plastic pieces. assuming you can hear the motor running on the spin cycle. You may lean the unit forward put it on spin and look at the motor to make sure it is still in operation. Hope this helps

SOURCE: Kenmore HE2 won't finish spin cycle

you have blockage in you drain plug. to solve this problem you'll have to remove the lower front panel of your machine by removing the 3 (1/4") screws on the vary bottom of the machine. once the panel is removed you'll see a 1 1/2" white PVC drainage plug. turn the inner plug to the left in till open. (WARNING ALL THE WATER IN THE DRUM WILL DRAIN THOUGH THIS PLUG) remove debris likes socks or everything that's there replace the panel and your all set.

Kenmore 80 series washer model 110 doesn't fully drain when cycle complete

With the lid open, try to turn tub by hand. If you can you may have a bad clutch. If you hear the washer agitating at the begining of the cycle without any water and filling at the end of the cycle, replace the ATC switch. Try spin cycle and open the lid, if you don't see the tub turning, but hear the motor, check motor coupler, or if it never spins after you close lid, check lid switch. These are the most common solutions to this complaint.

WSHER WILL NOT START CYCLE

The motor coupler may be worn out. It connects the motor to the transmission.

Kenmore Washer 70 series Model #110.22722100 won't spin

Check door switch: If the lid switch is bad it will not drain or spin. Try this test: With lid open let it finish wash cycle. Press lid switch down with screwdriver. Washer should begin draining. Release switch. Motor should stop. Press switch a second time. Washer should start spinning as it continues to drain. If motor doesn't come on while lid switch is pressed, replace the switch. OR

Cycle switch keeps tripping

Switch actuator (usually on washer lid) is probably broken if you can complete the cycle by depressing switch manually.
