First of all, you need to download MACTUBES, a program for Mac which allows you to copy videos from YouTube to your computer. Second, you need an external drive for Mac such as the USB SUPER DRIVE where you can insert dvds. From there, use any program you have to burn the video onto a dvd.
Though I am not familiar with this camcorder, it probably creates an MPEG4 file. To get it into iMovie (depending on your version of iMovie) you may have to convert it to something that iMovie can understand. Try opening the file with a free program called MPEG Streamclip (www.squared5.com). If it is recognized, export it to either Quicktime or DV. IMovie should be able to open one of those.
