Question about Computers & Internet
DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD NEW DRIVERS TO ACTIVATE MY PORTS AS THEY WILL NOT RECOGNISE ANYTHING.IF SO WHERE DO I GET THEM FOR FREE
Have you done a OS upgrade? Have you removed all USB, cables, etc, shut down, unplug from AC ,remove battery, leave battery out, plug in boot normally. If that fails go to Manufacturer's website Support, Look for a Solve a problem, or Manufacturer's drivre updates. Is your computer up to date on ALL windows and manufacturer's updates?

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Device drivers
In the first dropdown list "Product Type" select Archive to find your model.
Then work your way down the other drop down lists to get what you need.
Hope this helps.
