This could be caused by some of the ink jets on the cyan print head. Try the printer maintenance to clear the printer nozzles. After several deep cleaning attempts and there is no improvements in the print then a new print head is required. The cost of a new print head is expensive and it maybe better to buy a new printer.
Possible that the intake detect or the pick in rollers are not aligned properly . You need to check the opto-couplers and the roller settings.Remove and check with a paper to see the uniformity of the gap between the rollers.
Cutting off at the bottom? It is likely it is detecting the incorrect size paper. There is usually a number of levers against the paper tray - try removing the tray and verifying the paper is in there correctly - the guides are up against the page, and if you are using a4 or letter or whatever, make sure the program is set the same, as is the printer in its menus. Print a menu page, it should show you.

remove papaer tray and look for a small black arm which should swing freely it most likely hangs down from the base of the machine or it may be jammed up into the slot it enters to activate the papaer detect switch
printer wont print anything. computer says no print documents pending even though ive clicked print a few times and on different programs and internet pages as well. printer will print only if i copy something press print test page from the printer itself but it doesnt print anything from the computer
