Question about Samsung SDP-860 Digital Presenter : SDP860 Document Camera
All I get is a purple/pinkish hue on everything. Someone else said they tried to fix it and pushed all the buttons, is there a reset button.
There is no magic reset button. you can try a firmware upgrade but I doubt this will help. Shop time.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Format will wipe clean your memory-card like new - Always.
so normally avoid that button.
if you lost some photos using the format then there maybe some chance to get them back.
take out the card and put it in external card reader.
Now get hold of some file recovery software like 'GetDataBack for FAT32' (buy/borrow/steal :) ) install it on your computer, GetDataBack should be able to pull back the data.
Let me know if any more clarifications needed.
