Question about Baby Gear
When folding the Quinny Zapp, the left side button is a memory button, so it can be pressed and it will stay in, the right side button you need to press and hold as you're folding. Releasing the right side button then trying to fold as demonstrated in this video will not fold the chassis.
If you hold this button down and you're still unable to fold the chassis it would need to be sent to engineers for inspection / repair. Which country are you in? If you're in the UK and it is under 2 years old, please contact your retailer with proof of purchase for them to send it to engineers for inspection / repair under warranty. If you're in the UK and it is over 2 years old or you no longer have proof of purchase please contact the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) to book in for chargeable inspection / repair (prices start at 39.99GBP including courier collection and delivery for a single repair) If you're not in the UK please visit www.quinny.com and select the country you're in, then choose the Contact Us tab on the right side to send a message to customer services in your country for further assistance.

SOURCE: problem with zapp seat
There are two blackclips on the top inside handles pull these gently to loosen the seat cover. Then repeat on the bottom. You will also have to unbutton the back of the seat (there are two black straps) then half fold the buggy and pull the seat towards you. Its a bit niggly and frustrating but does eventually come off.

This is what the actual Quinny Zapp manual says. If you machine wash it and it shrinks, they will not cover a replacement under warranty, so beware.
Care and Maintenance
• Spot clean pad with cold water and mild soap. Air dry.
• Periodically check for loose screws, worn parts, torn material or loose stitching. Tighten or replace parts as needed.
Whenever you wash things like this in the washing machine, it is best to do a delicate cycle on cold and hang dry to avoid any shrinkage or damage to the material.
