All controls, lights, fans are normal. Turntable, microwave, convection do not work. Internal fuse?

There typically is an internal ceramic fuse. It is usually near where the power cord enters the oven, or behind the control panel (on over the range units).

The problem you are describing, though, sounds like it may be an open thermal protector on the cavity. Most are diamond shaped, with two wires. Unless the cavity is extremely hot, it should show continuity.

Exterior of oven , top and both sides gets very hot to touch, when cooking +- 10 minutes or more the last couple of days; no Error ( E41/42/45 or 47 are being displayed. Fan is normal, functions: OK

There could be food or oil buildup around the door frame which will absorb some of the radiant and microwave energy whilst cooking. Give it all a good clean and see if that helps. If everything else is working properly, it may be a problem with the cooling fan. Microwave ovens have a "stirrer fan" inside the roof or rear of the cooking area to disperse the microwaves and some convection / microwave ovens also have a cooling fan which assists in dissipating heat within the cabinet.

Kot-170sb. No display or function at all. Outlet tested good. Is there a breaker in the unit that needs resetting or something like that?

The microwave oven has a main ceramic fuse located inside the unit under the keypad in towards the high voltage capacitor "silver and rectangular in shape" unplug microwave, remove top and allow 30 seconds for the capacitor to drain, use screwdriver and short across to make sure no charge is present, keep in mind the microwave carries dangerous high voltages.

Magnetron Ready to be Reinstalled but...

The sensor you detail has no polarity. It can go "either way"
For goodness sake be careful, I don't want to scare you but more servicemen, & would-be-servicemen die each year "trying" to service Microwave ovens. They are lethel, or rather the Main Capacitor is, it stores enough Joules to kill someone 10 times over.. Always ensure it is discharged to earth before working on anything.
Be careful.
