X-box Sounds like it could be a bad inverter board, Toshiba p/n#72001911 and they cost about $35 plus shipping... This is a common failure with this model causing anything from intermittent shutdown to simple loss of video. Get it in the shop and have them check it out. Might also take the part number with you so they don't have to research it... Good Luck Bill

If you're going to be an ******* don't be such a coward about it! If you had taken the time to closely examine my response you could easily have determined I was responding to a problem with a 20DL74 and not a F/S crt. My guess is that the site somehow jumbled a five year old question with my four year old response, I've only answered hundreds of these and I'm easy to find off and on the boards. I'm a licensed technician and have been for more than 30 years. Obviously you're not which is why you chose to leave a comment on a 4 years old posting and have no detail in your account to contact you with,, Next time maybe you could be a little sophisticated enough to bring matters like this to someones attention personally instead of acting like someone with no class, personality or ethics.

Why does moto assist continue to shut off my ringer, even though I have it disabled?

What model phone do you have and what is the current Android version on your phone?

When you say shut off ringer are you referring to the sleep function of Moto Assist which allows you to set time to not be interrupted?

Tv shuts off automatically after beimg on for only a couple of minutes. sleep timer is disabled

Is the on time the same every incident? If you restart it, does it start right away and stay on the same amount of time?

If identical, sounds like the sleep function is not truly disabled. If you haven't tried turning the sleep function off and back on again, and unplugging the unit for a day and then plugging back in, and resetting to factory defaults (if that's on the menu), try them because those things might reset it.

If not identical, then I would suspect something thermal - heats up and shuts down. That would take a tech to solve (unless you set it in front of an air conditioner!).
