the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: NOMA 1000 watt Photoelectric Timer manual

1) Copy following link to identify timer and download possible manual:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#N1502

2) If timer has gone defective, then N1502 has 1 year limited warranty.
Timer is rated for 8 amps.
125 volts x 8 amps = maximum 1000 watts
2-prong output.

3) For heavier duty timer, with 3-prong grounded output, choose N1506 timer

How do I program a Westinghouse photoelectric switch, 28KC? I don't see an appropriate listing for this under your "Select Your Expert" dropdown menu.

Call Westinghouse Customer Support at 1-800-730-3707.
Request for instructions for the Tri-Mode Digital Timer Model: 28499 (a.k.a. Photoelectric Switch 28KC)
They will email the programming instructions as a PDF file.
