Disassemble ena 4

Hello. our ena 4 has a broken hose and JURA charges $250 to fix it. Does anybody know if we can disassemble this mashine and replace the hose ourselves?

yeah. Jura 'help' people are very unhelpful. i requested a service manual or some instructions on removing panels so i can replace the fuse. they wanted $250 to send it in. what a rip off!! any suggestions from ENA 4 users?

if you use a star key wrench (like an Allen wrench) to remove the two screws holding the panel on (you will see when you remove the water tank). then take off the Jura medallion (rotate counter clockwise and it should come off). then just remove the panels (takes some work). you will see two hoses on the lower right.

I took the medallion off by pressing my palm against the medallion and twisting counter clockwise. After several tries varying the pressure, it popped off...

I just disassembled my Ena 4 to fix a grinder issue and couldn't find instructions to open the panels. Here's how to open it for anyone else looking. Remove the 2 torx screws under the water handle. Remove the Jura badge on the back (push and twist counter clockwise). Remove the exposed oval screw (hard to do if you don't have the Jura tool, try using pliers - I used dremel cutoff wheel to score the head deep enough for flathead screwdriver). The screw locks down a latch, pull up on this latch to release the back side of the panels. Remove the tray will expose the other oval screw. Remove it the same way as before. This screw locks down a tab for the front latch, lift the tab slightly and pull down to release the latch (the latch will slide down about a half inch). Slide the panels towards the back (about a half inch) and they will come off. Good luck.

As far as I know the Jura machines have a special oval shape screw head on their panels...and Jura charge something outrageous like 150euro if you want to buy the tool for opening these! Mite be worth trying to open it some other way like by gluing a tool or something into the head and let it dry, then open it.... then maybe replace the oval head screw with a different screw type when reassembling. Not an easy method of getting past the problem but id sooner do it than pay for the tool!!
Hope this helps

Be very careful if you are too rough then it can uncilp the flap, try and open the tray a little then with a pencil lift the grounds container up and slowly ease the tray out

SOURCE: Jura F9-inside part fell off while pulling the tray. Cannot fix.

Kris I have this same problem. Did you figure out how to replace the flap or did you have to take it in for repair.
Does anyone else know how to replace this plastic flap?

SOURCE: My Jura Ena 5 gives a 'fill beans' message

Same thing happening to me right now. I think this has something to do with having used flavored beans (which I was warned not to do). Supposedly they gum up the machine.

Ena 3 troubleshooting: Right now it appears that the right coffee spout has a weaker flow than the left. Is it clogged? How can I fix it if it is even broken. Thanks!

Got it! It took me two months and the parts diagram to figure it out.

Use a water-flosser... I used like 8 full water tanks and DONE.

The simpler way would be to try to point up the water-flosser through each of the four holes of each spout... It will be a mess but it should work.

The other way:
1.- Take the grey plastic panel out from the front dispenser. Use a small flat screw-driver, start from the top, there are 2 clips, and then 2 other clips on the bottom.

Take out the air intake, that will let you have access into the tubes with the water-flosser.
