You need to use the LINE LEVEL connection on the pv800 (usually a rca type connector cable) and run this cable into the back of the HK 520 Subwoofer PRE-OUT connector, be sure the HK Receiver menu speaker set-up option is set to SUBWOOFER "YES"

for Jameslicon re wireless sub going on and off repeatedly. Both the soundbar and the sub have 4 wireless channels - try a different pairing of those channels. There is a sliding switch on the back of both units. I set each of mine to channel 4 and the problem went away. There is also a signal level switch with 3 levels on the back of the soundbar. If the wireless channel idea does not work, try a different setting on the level switch. Good luck.

Here is information from the factory repair company for this product.
For repairs that are out of warranty: The Boston Acoustics PV1000 has a $130 flat fee that covers parts and labor regardless of the problems you are having with the unit. Return shipping is figured (with your zip code) at the time of return and added to that fee.
When packaging the unit please include a detailed problem description and
full contact information (name, address, phone). For this particular model you can send in just the amplifier pcb, and keep the cabinet in your possession, (to save immensely on shipping)
Upon arrival here at LAS, your name first and last will become the RA and
future communication will be referenced by that name.
We will contact you for payment of $130 +return shipping. We accept Visa and Mastercard over the phone, or check or money order via mail. Turn around time is generally 3-5 days
after receipt of the unit.

Don't blame the speakers just yet. Check your PC's audio controls to make sure it's not modifying anything and that your speakers are defined as speakers, not headphones.
Try running UNripped music to them. Solo piano is a difficult signal to reproduce.
Nice amp, huh? I have one plus some Cubes.

I see that you need help since you lost the hardware for setting up you TVee Model Two Speakers.
What hardware are we speaking of? check the links I have provided, one of the links will be the manual and the other links will be where you can get the parts that you might need.
