It sounds like the nozzles are clogged, you will have to do the cleaning process 6 or more times. Sorry about that because you will be using lots of ink. That is what caused me to get the CISS system and have been very happy. Look for the link in one of my other posts here.

This happened to me twice, You can possibly have no ink in your cyan,magenta and yellow , you would then have to replace them to work the set. I had to do that and it worked =]

Ye of course it could be faulty and Epsons are sometimes very fussy about using third party carts. Get it replaced at your store, try a different brand or buy a genuine Epson cart if you can afford it.
