Question about Cell Phones
From past 1 day ..im getting this problem.........so cud smene help me.....im trying to reach customer care from aother network but its nt connecting
Try taking out the sim, then put it back in. Make sure its in correct and touching connector.

hi there did you try to reset the phone? but first must backup the phone contact. now to reset the phone just input the code: *#7370#.
then if the problem still the same. final is to format the phone, no problem cuz' you can manually format that phone by holding 4 keys. here's the trick
power off the phone first then PRESS and HOLD
"CALL KEY" + "* KEY" + "3 KEY" then power on the phone just hold and wait till FORMATING appears then release after formating finish phone will be ok. DONE

When I contacted my wireless provider, they told me that I had to replace my SIM card because it failed. It was free and when I did this, it fixed my phone.

Hi the problem might be in the charger pin or in the mobile charger pin if u have problem in any of the charger pin or in the mobile pin which is used for charging the mobile.

Believe them. If there is a network issue, then a tower may be down and cause signal problems.
One solution requires you to call in, ask for PDA support and have them refresh you on the network.

Go to settings and activate your wifi and say search networks. It gives a list of available networks. Select the network which you normally use and tap on it. you will get instantly connected. if you are connecting for the first time to a secure network click on the network . In the configure wireless network Connects to should have the option the internet. Then click next. It Authentication you need to enter the password needed to connect to the wifi router.Then click next & finish
