Ok, try this. Remove the batteries from the keyboard, just type anything randomly for about a minute on the k/b keys (doesnt have to make sense) Just press as many keys as you can. This will discharge the capacitors and reset the k/b. Reinsert the batteries, making sure they are in the correct alignment (try to use new batteries if you can) and connect to reciever. Press the connect button on receiver first, and then press the connect button under the keyboard.
If that still doesn't work, then your keyboard is most likely defective. Make sure you have reinstalled the k/b software first from Logitech..

If the keyboard has a reciever, make sure you press the button on both. also you may try to un-plug the USB cord from the computer for the reciever, turn the computer off, plug the reciever back in and turn the computer on again. it should say " New hardware found" or something to that effect. if it asks you to install it , try that. the omputer may simply nee to recognize the keyboard.

there seems to be alot of firmware issues with alot of razors products at the moment, use another keyboard for the minute and navigate to their site, downgrade your firmware to the one that worked. or alternatively restore your computer to a restore date that occured before you installed the new firmware/drivers.
hope this helps

SOURCE: keyboard not working
To connect the keyboard or mouse to the computer, you must connect the wireless device through the USB port and get it to hold a good connection. You do not have to install any devices to use these products, they automatically work when you plug them in. When it says that the device is recognized, you are ready to use it! If you have a desktop, you can also plug the wireless device to the mouse port. The keyboard and mouse work properly up to 5' away from the connected wireless device. If you can get the wireless device to work properly, you should have no troubles with the product.
